These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, which assist with the submission of Malaysia’s Electronic Arrival Card (Electronic Health Declaration). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

MalaysiaArrivals provides support for submitting your Malaysia Arrival Card. We are an independent service provider and are not connected to any Malaysian government agency.

2. Application Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting your application. Once your payment is processed, we will review and submit your application on your behalf.

3. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are displayed clearly on the website and are separate from any government charges. By paying for our service, you agree to the fees listed. If your arrival card has already been issued, we provide a no-fee guarantee.

4. Delivery of Your Arrival Card

After processing, your completed arrival card will be sent to your email. Please review all details carefully upon receipt.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if your application has not yet been submitted or delivered. Once your arrival card is sent or processed, no refund can be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
  • Delays or system errors caused by government authorities

7. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of MalaysiaArrivals indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

10. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by government system errors
  • Applications that have already been submitted or processed
